Part Time E Commerce Manager
Neptunic is looking for a candidate to who loves the ocean as much as we do and who cares about the quality of our products and the mission we represent. We are currently looking for a part time ecommerce manager for our West Palm Beach Office. Applicant must be highly personable and self-motivated. They must possess a keen attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask. Organizational skills are a must. Experience using photoshop and an artistic background a plus. Applicants who possess photography skills and also dive recreationally will be highly considered but it is not a necessary requirement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and Neptunic through personal and friendly communication
- Process refunds, returns and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints
- Attend to shipping questions
E-Commerce Sales/Marketing
- Development of seasonal promotion plans in relation to online selling
- Analyze traffic and page engagement
- Manage day to day updates to E-Commerce platform
- Development of merchandise & content strategies to drive sales and conversion growth
- Online product description and product page development
Design/Production
- Identify trends and industry insights
- Using analytics, evaluate customer interest in merchandise
- Work with online wholesale companies & printers from beginning to end of product completion
- Oversee seasonal product release through social media, emails, google ads, and updates to E-commerce platform
