How is My Package Shipped?
Orders are shipped inside one of our "Shark Grey" 50% poly recycled bags or a recyclable brown box depending on your order type. Please recycle your bags & boxes! We are always working on a better more sustainable way to ship but do not want goods damaged in transit by weather.
When Can I expect my package?
Packages usually ship within 24-48 hours of payment unless otherwise stated. In high volume times such as Shark Week and Christmas please be aware that our processing days may take longer than usual due to volume. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. USPS First Class mail is currently 5-7 days shipping as noted by the post master general. Priority packages appear to be delivering much faster than first class retail shipping options if you need something delivered quickly. Please be aware that even priority mail options can be delayed by USPS at times.

Do we Ship Worldwide & How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Yes we do!
Shipping cost will be determined based on your orders delivery location and weight. You can see the actual shipping costs for your order on checkout. NEPTUNIC does not charge a handling fee like most other retailers for this service. You pay the direct shipping charge from the carrier. You may be subject to VAT tax and any other fees your country imposes at customs once your item enters your country. There are times a package will be held until fees are paid. Neptunic is not responsible to pay these charges. If this happens you can call the customs of your country to request its release. DHL is a secure and faster option for international delivery but often costs more than USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages once your order leaves Neptunic.

All apparel are printed in the USA. Some material is imported, and some are manufactured in the USA.
